Logan McFarland
Founder, 84Pins
Sixteen years in digital marketing, now spent helping businesses turn Pinterest into a search engine that sends them traffic, fully organically.
Background
Logan McFarland is the founder of 84Pins, a done-for-you Pinterest management agency that grows businesses through 100% organic Pinterest, with no ad spend. He started 84Pins to bring agency-grade Pinterest work to companies that want the results without running it themselves.
His understanding of marketing did not start in a classroom. Logan grew up working in his family's small business, where he learned organic social media and every other part of running a company, from operations to sales to customer service. That ground-up experience is why he understands the day-to-day intricacies a lot of agencies overlook, because he has lived them.
He went on to lead digital marketing at UBM, the global events company acquired by Informa, the world's largest events company. There he ran paid acquisition across Meta and Google for the company's most profitable events division, managing thousands of keywords and campaigns at enterprise scale. Across more than sixteen years, including Fortune 100 work and over $10 million in managed ad spend, he has built on both the organic and paid sides of search and social.
That mix of small-business grounding and large-brand rigor is what shapes how 84Pins approaches Pinterest: as a measurable search and traffic channel, not a vanity-metrics social account.
He earned his undergraduate degree in business administration and his MBA, both from Pepperdine University, and is based in South Florida. He writes the 84Pins blog on Pinterest strategy, search, and the shift toward AI-driven discovery.
